Indicated for poultry (chickens, hens, turkeys) and pigs.
COLISEPT - NL is indicated to control all germs sensitive to Levofloxacin and Neomycin, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as Mycoplasmas, amplifying its spectrum of action for various infectious diseases, such as: colibacillosis, salmonellosis, mycoplasmosis, clostridiosis, pasteurellosis and shigellosis.
Bromhexine exerts a stimulating action on the secretion of the bronchial mucous glands and a mucolytic action by depolymerization of sialomucins with a reduction in viscosity. It releases hydrolytic enzymes of lysosomal origin into the bronchial lumen and consequently alters the fibrillar network of acid mucopolysaccharides.
Ascorbic Acid is an antioxidant, therefore it neutralizes free radicals, thus avoiding the damage they generate in the body. Its virtue as an antioxidant protects us and improves the immune system. It is antibacterial, so it inhibits the growth of certain bacteria that are harmful to the body. It heals wounds, burns, since vitamin C is essential in the formation of collagen.
Oral; in the drinking water. Treatment from 3 to 7 consecutive days every 24 hours.
Dose per Kg of live weight: Levofloxacin: Poultry and Swine: 10 mg
Neomycin Sulfate: Birds: 10 to 30 mg, Swine: 10 to 15 mg.
Bromhexine HCl: Poultry and Swine: 0.5 mg
Ascorbic Acid: Poultry and Swine: 1.5 mg
Poultry and pigs: Administer 0.5 g (Equivalent to 100 mg Levofloxacin sodium, 100 mg Neomycin Sulfate, 5 mg Bromhexine HCl, 15 mg Ascorbic Acid) for every 1 liter of drinking water.
Dilute the product in the drinking water according to the dose and the number of animals to be treated.
The doses are adjusted according to the criteria of the Veterinary Doctor.
Take 50 g (Equivalent to 10 g Levofloxacin, 10 g Neomycin Sulfate, 0.5 g Bromhexine HCL, 1.5 g Ascorbic Acid) add to 100 liters of drinking water, shake to homogenize and place in the drinkers. Renew the drinking water daily.
Broilers: 7 days before slaughter.
Chickens, laying hens, turkeys, pigs: 14 days before slaughter.
Do not administer in laying hens in egg production for human consumption.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
