BACTFUN TOTAL - P is an antibacterial antifungal, composed of the ammonium salts of short chain organic acids such as formate and propionate, which rapidly reduce the pH and directly affect the pathogenic effect of bacteria, yeasts and fungi present in the feed, thus reducing or eliminating the pathogenic bacterial counts present.
BACTFUN TOTAL - P contains:
Short chain organic acids.

Indicated as an additive to preserve feed for poultry, cattle, sheep, goats, South American camelids, swine.
BACTFUN TOTAL - P is a fungicide, bactericide composed of Propionic Acid, Formic Acid, salts of short chain organic acids such as Formate and Propionate which rapidly reduce the pH and directly affect the pathogenic effect of bacteria, yeasts and fungi present in the feed which allows to reduce or eliminate the pathogenic bacterial counts present.
The characteristics of BACTFUN TOTAL - P are its greater manageability, lower volatility and longer contact time with the food until it is consumed, because it is a slow evaporating salt.
It is non-corrosive giving many advantages in its handling. It is very stable for those who manufacture pelletized food. By incorporating BACTFUN TOTAL - P in the feed, it eliminates or substantially reduces the load of bacteria, yeasts and fungi, contributing to a better intestinal health of the animals, a greater digestive efficiency, the reduction of digestive problems and the improvement in the consistency of the bedding and its appearance.
When the animal ingests the feed, it avoids the uncontrolled proliferation of potentially pathogenic flora in the different sections of the digestive tract, avoiding the appearance of intestinal dysbiosis and diarrhea caused by Gram-negative pathogens such as Salmonella or E. Coli.
The acid pH produced by the acetic acid present in the product improves the acidification process of the stomach, improving the assimilation of nutrients and food digestion by the activation of digestive enzymes.
It does not eliminate essential nutrients, vitamins or minerals from the diet, even at the maximum recommended dose.
