Levofloxacin is a quinolone that inhibits the activity of topoisomerase IV bacterial enzyme, necessary for proper DNA formation and replication, altering bacterial multiplication, which allows us to control the infections they cause. It is a broad spectrum antibiotic, so it acts against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria as well as Mycoplasma
For poultry (chickens, hens, turkeys) and swine.
Orally dissolved in drinking water. Treatment for 3 to 5 consecutive days.
10 mg of Levofloxacin per Kg of live weight for poultry and swine.
Poultry (chickens, hens, turkeys) and swine: Administer 0.5 ml (Equivalent to 100 mg Levofloxacin) for every 1 liter of drinking water.
Dilute the product in the drinking water according to the dose and the number of animals to be treated.
Doses are adjusted according to the veterinarian's criteria.
Poultry (Chickens, hens and turkeys), swine: 10 days before slaughter.
